Limited Warranty (Espresso)

Meticulous Espresso warrants to the original purchaser that the Meticulous Espresso machine (the “Product”) is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. 

Where applicable law requires a longer minimum warranty period, this warranty will automatically extend to the minimum duration required by the law of the purchaser’s country.

Exclusions

  • Damage due to misuse, accident, modification, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or used commercially.

Email support@meticuloushome.com with proof of purchase and issue description.

Meticulous Home will review your issue and determine whether to ship you the appropriate replacement part or have you return the Product to us for repair or replacement.

  • The product is designed for self-repair and maintainability. For issues that are possible to self repair, we will ship replacement parts and specialized tools to you free of charge. We provide detailed repair guides and videos and will walk you through the process.
  • If the issue cannot be self-repaired, we will send you a Returned Merchandise Authorization code as well as information as to where to ship the product.; any warranty returns must be in the original shipping packaging. Shipping costs. If an RMA is issued, in some cases Meticulous Home will pay for return shipping from the customer’s point of origin. If a product is deemed to be without fault and/or not in need of repair, the customer will be responsible for all shipping related costs.
  • For additional protection of the product and secure handling while a product is being returned for any Warranty repair, Meticulous Home recommends that you use a traceable, insured delivery service. Meticulous Home is not responsible for any damage while a product is in transit or for products shipped that are not delivered.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

If the product is no longer within the Warranty period, or an issue is deemed to not fall within the terms of the warranty, Meticulous will offer replacement parts for purchase.

 


 

Return Policy

To initiate a return, submit a request within 7 days of receipt. The Product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Requests must be made by email to support@meticuloushome.com.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; we recommend using an insured and trackable service.

Refunds will include the full value of the goods returned minus original shipping and processing fees.

Products purchased as pre-order or built to order  are ineligible for return or cancellation unless specified otherwise.
