If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive your machine. You can also cancel at any time before dispatch. You do not need to give a reason.
Email support@meticuloushome.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your order number and delivery address. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation by email.
Once you have told us you are cancelling, you have 14 days to send the machine back. The simplest option is our arranged, insured collection service (approximately £150–£300 / €150–€300 depending on your location, deducted from your refund) — reply to our confirmation email to book it. You are welcome to arrange your own insured, tracked courier instead, at your cost, using the original packaging.
